Refund policy

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY FOR CORPORATE EVENTS, PRIVATE PARTIES, AND GROUP EVENTS:

In case you need to reschedule an event, we kindly request notification no less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled commencement. Upon receiving your rescheduling request, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs by selecting a suitable alternative date and time. Please note that a rescheduling fee of $200 (USD) will be applicable. Events must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original booking date.

For event cancellations, we require notification no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled start. A cancellation fee of $300 (USD) will be charged in such cases. Cancellation requests received less than 10 days before the event start date will result in a penalty fee amounting to 30% of the total event cost.

Cancellations or rescheduling attempts in less than 7 business days before the start of your event do not include any refund or rescheduling opportunity.

Reductions in event costs of up to 20% are allowed without incurring any penalty, if made no later than 7 business days before the event begins. If reductions are requested within less than 7 business days before the event, there will be no refund opportunity available.

Reservations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

ART EXPERIENCE CANCELLATION

In case of a customer-initiated cancellation, we are ready to reschedule your art experience to any available and convenient date and time for you or provide a full refund if the cancellation occurs no less than 24 hours before the start. In case of a last-minute cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled art experience, no refund or rescheduling of your art experience is provided, even in case of a no-show or sickness.

In case of any art experience cancellation from our side, we will issue a full refund or reschedule your art experience at a different time and date convenient for you.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled art experience, Shot of Art reserves the right to cancel your Art Experience and retain 100% of the payment made by you. Each art experience is individual and can be held only within the booked time frame to keep the order of other scheduled art experiences.

REFUNDS

Refund processing takes 2-3 weeks.

Shooting+spinning is allowed from 18 years of age. In case it is a group, everyone must be 18+. Anyone under 18 years of age will not be admitted to the art experience.
All gift cards and gift certificates sales are final and non-refundable.

WORKSHOPS BOUGHT FROM THIRD PARTIES

If you booked a workshop or any other program at Shot of Art through a third party, any refund will be issued from this third party.
